This fabric turns a classic check into a spectacular contemporary one. It has a 3 dimensional feel – as if it was made from 2 layers. The pattern is created by weaving in the grey thread and then pulling it slightly like a micro smocking effect. The weave is open and this fabric is very light weight….almost gauzy but because its 3D it is not see through.

This cosy shawl collar jacket is made from 3 designs – a simple check, a plaid and a “tartan”. It has a wonderful choice of button to complement the fabric. You can wear this with black, grey or white pants like you would a casual cardigan or you can match it up with the skirt for a really stunning outfit. Delicious enough for a wedding if you team it up with red or turquoise accessories and very smart for work. Wear the jacket with a black or primary coloured camisole.

The sleeves have a generous cuff and the hemline follows the pattern so drops at the sides.

This comes with a separate peach coloured camisole which is useful for all light weight fabrics. This fabric washes wonderfully well!
