Bias Skirt in Broderie Anglaise
Boxy pleated skirts are in - heres one with a twist. This is 100% cotton broderie anglaise (and comes with its own slip) and its cut on the bias to effect the dramatic but subtle chevron in the embroidery. Also being cut on the bias makes this lovely cotton drape and fall - this is a casual gypsy skirt, really. Wear with a white embroidered shirt - a print with frills, a droopy jumper.....team up with white or coloured pumps and ankle socks, beaded slippers...or your favourite stillettos.
