| Warm Red Embroidered Tunic
A new very wearable tunic for this summer season in our basket weave Jersey fabric in the luscious saturated warm red.
This is the same simple much loved shape of the scoop neck tunic which we have tuned up by adding detail and embroidery.
The embroidery colours are 2 shades of red and gold. The effect is very dressy and though this garment is essentially casual, the combination of the warm red colour and the gold embroidery makes it easy to dress up with black for quite a smart evening outfit and with oatmeal/neutrals for daywear.
The sleeve gathers from the elbow – giving a slightly sixties feel.
The embroidery is hand done and is made up of 4 threads to create a deep pile broad line around the neckline and a complimentary freestyle embroidery detail on the sleeve which picks up on the “looped” effect in the centre of the little spiral flowers.
