Not for shrinking violets. This is a dupion with a corded design appliquéd to the surface. The base is black and the cord a dark brown/bronze.

The skirt is cut on the bias with a circular frill which swishes and moves showing the extravagant tulle petticoat underneath.

Perfect with warm red tunic shawl jumper or with a classic shirt or jacket. You could wear this to the office party or to a formal function.
