This fabric turns a classic check into a spectacular contemporary one. It has a 3 dimensional feel – as if it was made from 2 layers. The pattern is created by weaving in the grey thread and then pulling it slightly like a micro smocking effect. The weave is open and this fabric is very light weight….almost gauzy but because its 3D it is not see through.

Great standalone skirt – wear with black, white, pastels or primaries. And then again team it up with the matching tunic or jacket.

It has pleats and the hemline is trimmed with a deep panel of the smaller check. You will need a slip so this comes with a separate peach coloured slip which is useful for all light weight fabrics. This fabric washes wonderfully well!
