PLEASE DO NOT PAY - all UK customers have already paid VAT when they ordered and paid for their goods. This is a TNT internal issue which has been sorted out but they do not appear to have informed all their divisions. If TNT ask you to pay duty or Vat - please contact us immediately, and do not pay - if you can please get a name and phone number all the better. Please bear with us while TNT get their act together.
