This skirt is such a flattering shape - it has 15 panels which are cut on the bias so they flute and fall beautifully.

The fabric is really a jacquard but looks like a devore. The base is a supple black organza and the pile is chenille like in a honeycomb pattern.

There is a separate slip made from a navy satin backed crepe.
