This fabric turns a classic check into a spectacular contemporary one. It has a 3 dimensional feel – as if it was made from 2 layers. The pattern is created by weaving in the grey thread and then pulling it slightly like a micro smocking effect. The weave is open and this fabric is very light weight….almost gauzy but because its 3D it is not see through.

You can wear it with a black bra or you may wish to wear it with a flesh or neutral coloured or black slip.

We have taken this seasons trend for very casual comfy smocks and used it for this classic check in grey and black. The effect is stylish and smart and still comfy!

It has a smart v-neck with a slight gathering and a raglan sleeve. The sleeves are buttoned through. The shape is A- line and the hem has a drawstring – just for fun or you can draw it in and change the shape.

This comes with a separate peach coloured camisole which is useful for all light weight fabrics. This fabric washes wonderfully well!
